When will you go IPO?
▼
We don't have a set timeline for IPO. We are focused right now on creating shareholder value.
When will you issue dividends?
▼
As a startup company, LiquidPiston does not currently pay dividends. We reinvest any profits realized into research, product development, and company-building. Management's objective is to steadily increase company value, with a goal of achieving a liquidity event via an M&A transaction or IPO which will provide a good return to our investors. Any of these options would likely take some time (several years) before being possible outcomes.

We are a privately held company, and the shares are illiquid until there is a liquidity event. In general, this may consist of a sale of the company, an IPO, or dividend payments. Any of these options would likely take some time (several years) before being possible outcomes.
